Steve Lemoine is the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Dalkia Middle East, part of the EDF Group, bringing over 17 years of experience in the energy sector. A graduate of a leading French business school, he has built a career focused on advancing energy efficiency and low-carbon innovation across the region.
Steve has led Dalkia’s rapid expansion across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Bahrain, growing the workforce from one to 450 employees, completing the acquisition of US Chillers Services LLC, and securing major energy-performance contracts with hospitals, universities, and landmark towers. Under his leadership, Dalkia now manages more than 350,000 RT of cooling capacity and operates its digital DESC platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Lemoine’s leadership is defined by a strong focus on safety, innovation and inclusion, promoting continuous learning, local talent development and gender balance as fundamental responsibilities of sustainable growth. He is a strong advocate for Dalkia's guiding principle of shaping a low-carbon future by "consuming less and consuming better”, a philosophy he places at the heart of the region’s energy transition.
