Raed Bkayrat
Raed has over a decade of hands on experience in the clean tech industry in MENA, he has taken different roles in the region from being a founding member of the Technology Innovation Program at KAUST, Saudi Arabia to leading project and business development in MENA for First Solar as well as advising multiple private and public sector entities in the region. Raed has served previously as a board member at the Middle East Solar Industry Association and Managing Director at the Clean Energy Business Council.

Panel discussion 4 | Linking to storage, hydrogen, CSP
In this session, we will seek to ascertain if the Saudi market can be home to ambitious green hydrogen project or innovative hybrid storage configurations. We will also discuss if the CSP (concentrated solar power) technology has the potential to challenge the primacy of PV or if it may be used in complementarity.
